DSCI currently has one position open at Ft. Monmouth, NJ for an experienced SW developer to support a fast-paced prototype development environment. Candidates hold, at a minimum, a BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Must have 3 years experience and proven performance in a Java programming environment.
Experience and knowledge of Java, communications protocols, and routing is necessary.
Experience in SEI software development processes to include the use of SW configuration management tools is also desirable.
This position supports analysis and test tool development, provides design recommendations, and to prototype solutions for next generation distributed systems.
Candidate is expected to work with minimum supervision and will be responsible for providing technical expertise at external meetings and must be able to identify issues, provide analysis and present information in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership.
REQUIREMENTS: US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a (minimum) SECRET security clearance.
