DSCI is seeking a RFMSS / LogMait Administrator for our group in Grafenwoehr (Bavaria), Germany. This position requires a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Current SECRET clearance is desired.

1) Associate`s Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline. Bachelor`s Degree preferred in Computer Science with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
2) Must be proficient in or have extensive use of Range Facilities Management Support System (RFMSS) and LogMAIT programs
3) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification desired
Responsibilities:
1) Verifies schedules, records data, and prints required reports using the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS)
2) Instructs and supervises new personnel on the use of RFMSS
3) Prepares accident reports as required by company and US government
4) Performs administrative duties to include records preparation/maintenance
5) Performs other duties as required
6) Advise Government, peers and users on administration policies, technical problems, priorities, and methodologies associated with and related to the daily functions and use of RFMSS and LogMAIT, including technical, administrative, and managerial procedures dealing with both systems
Skills Required:
1) Must be a self-starter and require working under little to no supervision to complete program deliverables. Ability to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload.
2) Be willing to travel at least twice a year to workshops and possibly give presentations on your work
3) Familiar with U.S. Army DOD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and other security related processes
4) Comfortable with system administration duties on Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Microsoft Active Directory. Duties include installation and reinstallation of RFMSS and LogMAIT software packages and applicable operating systems. Basic familiarity with Citrix connectivity methods and thin client networking concepts. Basic helpdesk concepts and a willingness to help customers.
5) Basic familiarity with network concepts and Network + certification a plus
6) Posses effective personal and written communication skills and be familiar with giving presentations to senior officials regarding program development and progress. Ability to effectively articulate information to management. Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract and compile data for analysis.
7) Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels [to include multi-national staff, superiors, and ranking military officers.
8) Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork, is required
9) Battalion or Company Level Master Gunner experience is preferred
10) Must be able to lift up to 50lbs intermittently
11) Familiar with Dell Server hardware and Storage Area Network (SAN) hardware and software technologies
12) Be able to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
