DSCI is recruiting a FUNCTIONAL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (FTC) for Aberdeen, MD or Eatontown, NJ. Minimum requirements include a Bachelors degree in computer science or related area and three years direct experience, US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
This position entails:
- Provide support as it relates to the integration of Oracle r.11.5.3 and latest versions, and OP3 applications for the USACE CEFMS financial system, RMS, other sources (USAID, etc), Family Pack M, and the GRD management and reporting system.
- Provide functional applications expertise, including upgrades, user training, solution design, QA testing, and production deployment.
- Provide Oracle Project Contracts (OKE) support and development as it relates to the integration of Oracle applications for the USACE CEFMS financial system, other sources (USAID, etc) Family Pack M, and the GRD/GRD management and reporting system-estimated level.
- Provide maintenance for all existing interfaces between the central repository of data, 11.5.10 Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Projects Suite, and OP3.
- Provide maintenance for all existing interfaces between the Feeder systems to include: Maximo, P3e/c and USACE data files
- Responsibilities specific to the eBusiness Suite include:
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing Oracle eBusiness functionality to meet additional requirements as they are identified
- Lead the functional aspects of any upgrades of the applications to maintain compliance with the \'latest version\' of the software mandate
- To perform the application specific tasks and interfaces, FTC must have a solid understanding of the eBusiness Suite applications specifically Oracle Projects (Family Pack M), Oracle Payables, and Oracle General Ledger
